How it sounds, how it's made, how to play it
Will my bowl look exactly like the photos?
Close, but not identical. Every singing bowl is handcrafted with its own character, so there may be small differences in colour, pattern or finish. Those variations are part of what makes each piece authentic.
Will my bowl sound exactly like the video?
Very close. Every handmade bowl has its own tone, so a slight difference from the recording is normal and part of the bowl’s natural character.
What comes with my singing bowl?
Your bowl arrives with a suede mallet, a felt stick and a silk ring cushion — everything you need to start playing. Extra cushions and mallets are sold separately.
Is it suitable for beginners?
Yes. Even a gentle tap with the felt stick gives a soothing tone, and making the rim sing with the suede mallet comes with a little practice.
How do I care for my singing bowl?
Wipe it with a soft, dry cloth and store it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid chemicals and harsh cleaners; with this care the colour and shine last.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 2–3 business days. Delivery then takes 5–10 business days within Asia and 7–14 elsewhere, with faster express options. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns only if an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and submit the return within 7 days; the item must be unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns or custom and engraved orders. Approved refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
