At Healing Singing Bowl, we take pride in offering authentic, handcrafted Tibetan singing bowls and sound-healing accessories made in Nepal. We understand how important timely and secure delivery is for your peace of mind, which is why we ensure every order is packed with care and shipped as quickly as possible.


Shipping Worldwide

We ship our products globally using trusted courier services such as DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, and SF Express — depending on your destination and order size.

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your package in real time.

For bulk or wholesale orders, we may recommend air cargo or sea freight options depending on order volume and destination to ensure cost-effective and safe delivery.


Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Wholesale or bulk orders may require 7–12 business days, depending on quantity and product type.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

  • If there’s a delay due to high order volume or courier issues, we’ll contact you via email or WhatsApp with an update.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your tracking number.
Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours.

You can track your package via the courier’s official website or contact us if you need assistance.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees determined by your country’s regulations.
These fees must be paid by the buyer.

Healing Singing Bowl is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs processing.


Damages & Returns

Each item is carefully inspected and packed before dispatch.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

Keep all packaging materials for verification by the courier or insurance provider.


Incorrect or Invalid Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and delivery fails, Healing Singing Bowl cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

We’ll attempt to contact you if there’s an issue with your address. If it cannot be corrected, your order may be cancelled and refunded (excluding shipping fees).
