At Healing Singing Bowl, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. Every product is handcrafted with love by skilled artisans in Nepal, and we take great pride in its authenticity and quality.
If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please note:
Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
A return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The product must have been purchased directly from www.healingsingingbowl.com.
We cannot accept returns for:
Used or damaged items (not due to shipping).
Custom or personalized orders.
Discounted or clearance items marked as “final sale.”
Orders returned due to a change of mind.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at info@healingsingingbowl.com with the following details:
Your order number
Photos of the product
A short explanation for the return
Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You’ll receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
info@healingsingingbowl.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference — at no extra cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank or card statement again.
Contact your payment provider, sometimes refunds take a few days to process.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@healingsingingbowl.com and we’ll assist you right away.
